Because, even if only briefly, would only broaden both our outlooks on life.
I have a child, now aged 18- going on 19 almost, to whom I am both father and mother and despite the fact that she is my own, I do not exaggerate when I say she is one of the most charming and beautiful persons I have been graced to have come into my life. sometimes she is a pain - but who can deny their daughter?
I do not need a mother for her, because I am enough, but it would be nice to be in touch with other parts of the world so that our experiences can be broadened.
I have just come back from my "More about me" section and the last question is a bit of a doozy ... like I know everyone does tend to get carried away at times, but I like to think I am basically honest (OK - I do tell the occasional little white lie, rather than massive prevarications) - at least that way, I do not have to remember who I told which lie to - and if you tell the truth, you do not have to change your story every time, because the truth after all is the truth and that is usually incontrovertible....... well it is to me anyway most times. I do believe that most people are basically honest (this of course ALWAYS excludes politicians) and I always appreciate honesty and integrity as the keystone to any type of friendship or relationship

To all the very charming and beautiful ladies who have taken the time to view my page, I thank you.
However now is the time to tell you that perhaps I had met the love of my life - but she has just disappeared into the mists of time. I am not disillusioned as yet - just disappointed at this turn of events, but as everyone says, I will eventually get over it, as life must go one without too much introspection.
Actually what transpired was that she was a fraud and liar - instead of having those august degrees in law - and a Phd (no less) she lied, she lied - SHE LIED! Not only did she not have any degrees - she barely passed Standard nine - or year eleven and DID NOT matriculate even....
I really do not care what level of education you go to because I think I can converse on any level and I have a tolerance and understanding that can go to almost any level - BUT - I just can not tolerate any person who maliciously lies to me - with the intent to deceive and when I discover your lies, then I will expose them for all to see - and provide links to anyone who wishes to see the liars .......
I am open to good conversations and swapping of whatever life experiences we have both had, so having said that I am still open and desire good conversation from any part of the world.
I am fairly multilingual - I am actually a Court appointed translator/interpreter in one, with knowledge of several languages and for any that I do not know, I can pick up fairly quickly [ even if I have to use dictionaries extensively :-) ]
The choice is yours - expand your knowledge of other cultures and friendship like I have and continue to do so ..... If you intend to deceive please do not even bother - just stay in your own little circle of deception
